The First Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Term 2025–2030, is a momentous political event marking a milestone in the development journey of Vietnam’s most dynamic city. Scheduled from October 13 to 15, 2025, the Congress gathers over 550 delegates representing the intellect, will, and aspirations of the entire Party Committee and the people of Ho Chi Minh City.

With a spirit of innovation and progress, the Congress sets the goal of transforming Ho Chi Minh City into a smart, modern, and sustainable metropolis by 2030—becoming a national leader in innovation, science, technology, and the knowledge economy. ALTA MEDIA – ADVANCED DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY AND IMMERSIVE VISUAL EXPERIENCES

Alta Media, a member of ALTA Group specializing in digital display technology, multimedia communications, and experiential space design, brings to the event a dynamic, visually engaging, and inspiring technology showcase.

Within the framework of the Congress, Alta Media is responsible for deploying the display and content systems at ALTA Group’s exhibition zone, delivering vibrant, high-quality visuals for delegates and visitors.

Alta Media’s featured display devices include LED screens, LED standees, Holocool, and Holotube systems—state-of-the-art display technologies strategically arranged to present event content, imagery, and key information.

At the Congress, Alta Software showcases its Smart Robotics System developed in-house, featuring humanoid robot Dobot Atom, Firefighting Robot, San San, Alice, Tetsu, Deli, and Arm robots, along with performance modules of Pepper. These robots are equipped with motion recognition, visitor interaction, and event information display capabilities.

In parallel, ALTA Group is building a center for robotics training, research, and development for industrial and civil applications—where engineers design, program, and test intelligent robots for use in education, manufacturing, and daily life, contributing to digital transformation and spreading the spirit of innovation in Vietnam.

The educational robots, designed for preschool and elementary levels, integrate music and smart interaction to make learning engaging, foster creativity, and offer hands-on technological experiences.

The humanoid and robotic arm systems serve industrial automation, handling repetitive or precision-demanding tasks such as tape application or product packaging.

Notably, the Firefighting Robot—assembled at ALTA Group’s factory—can navigate tight spaces, spray water, and assist rescue missions in smoke-filled environments, reducing risks for firefighters.

During the Congress, Ho Chi Minh City Party Secretary Tran Luu Quang and Deputy Secretary Dang Minh Thong visited the registration area utilizing the facial recognition system developed by Alta Software. They also directly interacted with Alice and Tetsu—AI-integrated robots designed for facial recognition and identity verification, exemplifying the innovative spirit of applying technology to event management.

ALTA PLASTICS – GREEN TECHNOLOGY FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

Alta Plastics, another member of ALTA Group, specializes in producing biodegradable packaging and developing eco-friendly materials. With a focus on green technology in manufacturing, Alta Plastics researches advanced biopolymers and circular recycling solutions to promote the green economy and environmental responsibility.

At the Congress, Alta Plastics introduces its signature green innovation—the Reverse Vending Machine (RVM), capable of automatically recognizing, sorting, and collecting used plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Each user contribution earns points that can be redeemed for vouchers, encouraging sustainable and responsible recycling behavior.

Collected plastic bottles are processed and recycled into 3D printing materials used to create new, eco-friendly products. These 3D-printed items can be recycled multiple times without losing functionality, reflecting Alta Plastics’ vision of merging technology with environmental protection.

The presence of these green technology solutions at the event not only demonstrates Alta Plastics’ creativity and innovation but also spreads the message of “Green Living – Sustainable Development,” supporting Ho Chi Minh City’s journey toward a smart and eco-friendly metropolis.
