At the event, Alta Group showcased its automated picking and packaging line—an intelligent automation solution designed to promote green factories and sustainable production.

Organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA) in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) and the Ho Chi Minh City Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (HCMC C4IR), the conference brought together over 200 participants, including industry experts, technology enterprises, and leading manufacturers. The program explored applications of AI, IoT, and automation in transforming conventional production models into smart, green factories.

Within this framework, Alta Group presented its intelligent automation system—an automated picking and packaging line integrating a CR5 Robot Arm, industrial conveyor, and smart feeding system. More than a technological demonstration, the model represents Alta Group’s long-term vision to establish a training and development center for robotic applications across industrial and household sectors in Vietnam.

At the core of the system, the CR5 Robot Arm—with six degrees of freedom—performs precise pick-and-place operations safely and reliably alongside human operators. The automatic feeding unit ensures a continuous supply of input materials, maintaining steady and efficient production flow. Meanwhile, the synchronized industrial conveyor integrates smart sensors for real-time positioning, speed control, and motion optimization. The entire system is AI-integrated, enabling real-time data analysis, autonomous motion adjustment, and energy-efficient operations with minimized error rates.
